Southern Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

Yield can vary based upon the size of your biscuits. Normally yields 10 - 12 2-inch drop biscuits. Does not contain preservatives, trans fats or MSG. Made using locally sourced soft red winter wheat flour, cane sugar, real sweet cream buttermilk and real butter. Each bag of biscuit mix contains the equivalence of ½ stick of churned butter and ¾ cup of sweet cream buttermilk.
